improvements to the roads we all love (and hate) in our beloved section 31.

A new year, new mud... same old roads...
Sure is great we got all the moisture... we really needed... our roads did not.

Also, this is an important excerpt from that mailing.. and I personally
think we should consider...
Property Taxes (editorial comment)
-You should have received 2009 property tax
valuations and you have until April 29, 2008 to protest.
We lost a valuable county service when they
quit maintaining our roads, an expense that we
now have to pay for. Deteriorated roads
limit access and bring down property values. If
we all protest the valuations, we
might see some relief and help off set the expense of
maintaining the roads ourselves. Here’s a

Moreover, Don also has kindly offered to
provide anyone who would like, additional
signs.
(these are real "official"
road signs).
such as,
Begin Private Drive
End Public Road
No Trespassing
not a thru street
private drive
pavement ends
no outlet
for just cost of producing the signs, and a
very small labor charge. (smok'in deal if you
ask me)
Your land is a major
investment, whether it is for a future retirement home, a summer home,
or just a
land investment.
Even though you may
think that the roads are not your concern,
or really don't make a
difference on land you may rarely visit,
you could never be
more mistaken.
The land is an investment in your future and as such, needs
maintenance and upkeep
.
