The quote has been updated, signed and we're on Tony Peterson's work schedule.  It will probably be about two weeks for him to start.  He'll start at the 'back', with Badger Lane, Hook's Way & Gilbert, working his way out. These roads haven't received any attention and are in the worst shape. Tony and I also discussed the possible need for materials on Gilbert as it climbs the hill after the turn from Canyon Ridge.  Tony will evaluate after bar ditching and grading to see if he can turn up enough usable material.  If not, he'll call me with an estimate.

Hi all.  Sorry for the delay in updating but I've been very busy and quotes from Tony take about two weeks to receive.  The first quote I received left off High Ridge, Judy Ranch (to McMurray only-property owners need to remove trees to be able to do any work on the 'new' road that was cut in; it's too narrow and would be a waste of $'s without tree removal - any volunteers to contact the owners?), Hooks Way and Badger Lane.  The second quote, copies attached, left off High Ridge.  Tony is correcting to add High Ridge, but it may take another week to get it.
 
Quote Summary:
-$4810 for bar ditching, grading and sloping driveway entries (to keep water flowing in the ditches).
-Because of the dry conditions we'll probably need the water truck.  I'm estimating 5 hours @ $80 per hour; water @ $75 per load, an additional $875.
-Snow removal quote (It will include High Ridge, should be corrected on the next quote) is for up to 2 feet, an additional $125 if over 2 feet and up to 4 feet.
 
The bank account stands at about $15,800.  I propose we have Tony do the work per the quote as the first step.  Tony will be making notes while doing the work and make recommendations for culverts,... and other improvements.  Once the first step is completed then we can look at the budget, Tony's suggestions and go from there.
 
Please respond with your vote to proceed, don't proceed-comments/suggestions,...as soon as possible, no later next Sunday, 10/28.
